What's CMGI going to do next? Launch free-ISP from everyone one of it's companies? No doubt they all use the same ISP (1stUp.com ) and the same dial-up numbers. I think this ALTA IPO will be a bust.

I called IR also. They didn't say when. just said it has not determined. Judging from 3COM's hot spin off this week, I think it is a good market strategy to get ALTA out later to get decent market attention.
