I don't think when a country signs an internation covenant it can reasonably violate it. China has signed but not yet ratified (I understand) the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

In your post 9502 you indicated you did not have time to respond to the questions I posed in my post 9489. But you have plenty of time to address new issues. I think it reasonable of me to expect answers to the questions I posed to you before addressing new issues.

Why are you evading the questions I asked?
