<<Are you worried....>> I don't see any reason for Americans to be worried at the moment. The world is very stable in its regard to the USA and its status. I once thought the same of the USSR. So I don't want to be lazy in my analysis of the situation. Of course the USSR had extended its borders over hostile regions and that had a lot to do with its collapse. The US has created some of the same types of dependencies economically; for example, Iraq is providing a lot in the way of military funding.
