Print and Online Campaign Supports Launch of On2Network and Broadband
Technology Services and Solutions

NEW YORK, Feb. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- On2.com Inc. (Amex: ONT), a leader in
broadband content delivery over the Internet, has launched a national print
and online advertising campaign to increase awareness of its recently launched
On2Movies Web channel, as well as its broadband technology business-to-
business services.
Beginning this week, On2 ads targeting consumers, investors and potential
business partners will highlight the benefits of On2's broadband technology in
delivering full-motion, full-screen, television-quality video over the
Internet. Print ads will also appear in national publications this week,
including The Industry Standard, Media Week, New York Times, USA Today, The
Wall Street Journal and Wired, as well as entertainment publications including
The Hollywood Reporter and Variety. A supporting online campaign, which began
on Monday, targets portals including Yahoo!, AOL, Excite@Home and Snap, as
well as specialty sites such as MP3 and Emusic. Other online outlets for the
campaign include Road Runner, Shockwave, Launch, Pogo, Scour and iFilm.
"On2's broadband technology is changing the way consumers experience the
Internet by being the first to deliver true TV-quality video over the Web,"

making this investment in advertising to reach both broadband-enabled

The campaign was created by Seattle-based Imagio Technology Advertising.
