ClearWorks.net to Deliver $120 Million in Structured Wiring And Bundled Digital Services To High-Tech Teravista Master Planned Community Near Austin, Texas HOUSTON, Feb. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearWorks.net, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CLWK) has been selected to deliver its Bundled Digital Services(SM) and structured wiring to 3,700 single-family homes in the prestigious Teravista master planned community north of Austin, Texas that is being developed by Newland Associates. In addition, Teravista has three multifamily sites, a 196-acre commercial campus and 25 acres of retail property. This represents the Company's second project outside the Houston, Texas area. ClearWorks.net is one of the leading providers of Fiber-To-The-Home for the delivery of Bundled Digital Services(SM) which include high speed Internet connectivity, dial tone, digital multi-channel video, on-demand video rental and other digital services. The Company's revenues for the life of the project are projected to be $120 million and gross profit is projected to be $63 million. Construction will begin in June 2000 and the project is expected to be completed within five years. ClearWorks.net will provide structured wiring for the homes as they are built, with expected revenues to ClearWorks.net of about $1,500 per home coming from this revenue source. In the first quarter of 2001, the Company expects to receive $137,000 in additional revenues from its Bundled Digital Services(SM) to the Teravista community. This is expected to increase to $273,000 in revenues during the second quarter of 2001 and to $1.4 million in revenues for the full year 2001, reaching $2.5 million in 2002. Starting in 2005, ClearWorks.net expects revenues from this project to be approximately $5.5 million per year until 2026.
