I don't think so. I'm thinking more in terms of PALM's trading price, which has relatively little bearing on its offering price.

If, by some stretch of the imagination, PALM soars to $200 - will COMS track it to $300, given the purported 1.5:1 distribution ratio? Sure, COMS will be discounted, but there is still the value of COMS sans PALM remaining.

If, repeat, if the final distribution ratio can be determined, and if there is a large discount, the arbs will have a field day shorting PALM against long COMS positions.

$84...$85...$86...$87. Thought I was watching the gas pump
there, for a moment.

I think you can look for PALM to open delayed (or not at all)
Thursday.
