good market environment 280+....neutral/negative market environment 240+.......as long as it is over 200 come march 17, my prems are my prems...it has momentum, stalling a bit which is good, but no where near a yearly high....i would feel comfortable on weakness selling sept 220 or 250(aggressive) strikes...more then likely leaps will be into'd in may, which can skew short term prems down(supply and demand)
