I'm not familiar with products like that where
you defer interest. There are equity lines where
you can write checks up to a specified amount
to access your equity and then pay interest only
each month, deferring the payment of principal.

I've had one for years. Seldom use it, but it's
like having another bank account in case of
emergency or if you want to make improvements
on the house. I once used it in lieu of a car
loan and just paid it back each month as I would
a car loan. Deductible interest due to amount of
improvements in house over purchase price, and much
better than a car loan.
