It is my understanding that all the RFIC suppliers are capacity constrained. All suppliers should benefit from this over the next 18 months.

The primary reason qcom went to cnxt in the first place was this component shortage issue. rfmd was their original supplier and with their new fab coming on-line in the next month, I'm sure qcom wants everything they can produce.

I think cnxt and rfmd will sell everything they can manufacture in wireless over the next year.

and of course, cnxt doesn't just manufacture rfic. They are probably the most diversified supplier of comm IC components with exposure to WAN <sonet and atm>, broadband <cable and adsl modems>, and corporate connectivity <HDSL and SDSL>
