I called and spoke with Gary Robinson at Omicron. He explained they are still in the process of getting their paperwork finished and hoped it would be submitted this week (but he would not garuntee that). I got the impression they waited until the last minute and didn't realize how much work the filings entailed and now they are scrambling to get it done. I was impressed that they took the time to answer me. I still believe in the company and am glad I still hold the shares I do. Stock has been trading around $1 today (OGPS.F). mike
