Interesting that they raised more funds at this point. It is positive in the sense that there should be no worry about running out of funds during trials.

But, it does underline to me that they take the risk of further delays quite seriously, since if WHT can reasonably be expected to be trading higher in the coming months, why wouldn't you do the financing then to minimize dilution?
