Angela, I do not know if Xros is looking for private investors. But I believe that an individual must meet the definition of a "qualified investor" or "sophisticated investor" within the definition of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as modified to be eligible for consideration. I believe the current standard requires a minimum of $10 million, but you should consult with counsel familiar with securities law to be certain. Sam
