Dow was up sharply at the open, but seems to be getting hit with selling into the early strength. Dow may have a ways down to go yet as long as volume stays "light". Watch for sharp Dow drop accompanied with heavy volume. This may be the "rally" signal. (Lee)

2/28 #10, I just noticed those big blocks also and they were right after it dipped 1 point on very low volume, it looked like volumes of 2k and under for about 7 minutes, so I didn't fret. That is, if my tick chart is correct. I wonder, is this a valid piece of info or is it deceptive? (I'm still in)
