I don't get the $2BB thing for GC. I would think that if a spin off pulls in 2BB on IPO, that money goes into the new company. If some entity (GBLX) owns 80% of the spin off, then 80% of the spin off Market Cap is attributed to that entity (GBLX). Market Cap will be far more than the IPO receipts ($2BB), which must by definition belong to the new company, no? Please advise. Thanks......Martin Thomas
