I wouId tell you if I could, but the company, which is still private but relevant in both positive and negative ways to various public companies, is obsessed with secrecy. Its only public exposure came at a recent Internet 2 technical conference. I am under non-disclosure for another couple weeks. But I can tell you that it is a fundamentally superior technology that reproduces virtually everything in a coarse WDM fiber system over the air for distances up to three kilometers--gigabits per second point multipoint as desired, that can be deployed in cells in urban areas and requires no roof antenna or spectrum rights. The ultimate spectronics company, it has a major manufacturing deal with a world leading wireless infrastructure supplier not Lucent or Nortel. Beyond that I cannot go at the moment.
