What a sleuth you are AG!

btw, when the runup to 30 to 50 goes off over the next couple of months, I'll be selling some of my shares along with Stokes. So, add me to your list too.

Auric -

I guess you should add that to the 850,000+ shares he already filed 144s on in the past 12 months (he has had two other large 144s since last spring -- his 250,000 share 144 in April was followed, in the 45 day period after it, by the largest spike the stock has ever had, and we have no idea how many of the 925,000 shares in this 144 were not sold under the last two 144s he filed and thus constitute a re-registration -- but those are just minor points, eh?)

Stokes' most recent 144 was disclosed on the Yahoo message board last week when the stock was trading in the mid 8's. It sure doesn't seem to be having any negative impact, now does it?

Keep trying - they are to go live on a system with 60 B/D's and institutions and 8+ national clearing agents (including, it would appear, Merrill and PW) in the next 2-3 weeks and you are still posting 144s. That tells me a lot.
