Barry, Looks like the best split possible until more shares are authorized is 5/2. Yes, we talked about this probably a year ago. I expect we'll see a split sometime soon, but I doubt it's a big priority. Tate is obviously a very conservative individual and we've come up so fast that I suspect he expects there will be some retracement (hopefully not!). Beside, the fewer shares out there, the more he can stick it to the remaining shorts <G>. I'm happy you got back on the bus with us. Next vacation, let it ride. No problemo. Dave
