Comment: Given the tarpit Intel has found themselves in since October, I wouldn't be too fast to discount any rumour of this nature!

Have you heard from PWeePaulie today? Thought he'd have something to say about those 8 CeBIT AMD awards, particularly the "trend setting technology" award, for the 1'1 GHz AMD Athlon processor from a field of more than 7,500 exhibitors! ( I guess AMD only won the award because Intel chose not to demonstrate its 1.5 GHz miracle 2001 wonder!)
