Hmm...no offense to any particular company or individual -at all - but I wouldn't especially trust, let along rely on, some investor relations person or anonymous message board participant's speculation about the size of a float without pointing to a regulatory filing or some other verifiable source.

But, thats me. I generally eyeball it (ITO formula) when I can get a prospectus or SEC filing off EDGAR, but was thinking there might be a quicker way or more readily available source.

("ITO" = Issued stock minus Treasury stock withheld = Outstanding float)
