Lynn:

FWIW, as a chart pattern I see a the ascending triangle, but my TA indicators suggest that a breakout isn't here yet. Maybe in a few days, but for now AMLN seems range bound. I'd wait and buy the breakout (if it comes) at 15 or so. Just a quick mid day read.

Trade update, long as I'm here. Sold ADSP at the open for 1 3/4, might rebuy but there's a lot of overhead. Sold NTCS for 3, then rebought the retrace @ 7 7/8 and am holding, watching how it handles 9. Still in ADSX; 13 looking like new support.

Failed to note that I'm in BLTI (Sammy - I like the pattern) from an absentee buy last week at 4 3/8 (I set several buys and sells for while I was gone, some triggered.) Added to PARS LT position with a new trading position - Good Call RASHID! Still in ECHO, AZTC, TERA, PCTL.

Got to do some pruning again.

Peace and Justice --- Patrick

When the triangle is not symetric enough I tend to ignore it, In such a situation i would wait for a breakout. just an opinion

it looks more like an ascending triangle with some false breakout than a symetric one..all this is very subjective indeed
