They had nuclear weapons before Clinton- they had LOTS of them- and they were ICBM's. I KNOW you like to ride Clinton like he was your favorite whore, but he isn't responsible for everything- and this crap with China started at the time of the Communist revolution and has much more to do with historical actions (pre-Clinton) than with present day ones- SAVE for some interesting developments in Taiwan- so you can add the Taiwanese to your blame list if you feel you really need to blame people.
