"Are you at will to elaborate?" Certainly. I currently teach macro and micro analytic banking. Lot's of stuff on theory if interest rates, Fed policy, etc. as well as commercial bank management (credit and interest rate risk management). In the context of an investments class, i could actually give an assignment like the one suggested and it would have some credibility, although profiting on it later would raise eyebrows if it were discovered. In the context of what i currently teach, such an assignment would be really rather outrageous, with no other motive than my own personal enrichment. I would be opening up myself (and rightly so) to serious accusations about my teaching goals.

Jess.
