Heinz, MU's quarter ends today - I guess so they will have decent earnings but if DRAM stays at $4 no more earnings or meager eps at best. MUs debt has a conversion feature - I don't recall the specifics but Zeev speculated on a scenario where MU stock would be driven up to force the conversion of the debt into POS stock we are well past the conversion level now it has to stay there for 20 out of 30 consecutive days.
