Yeah, screening is my *only* interest. I agree, but that's also what I was asking about..... screening for BIG stuff that blocks. Are there any libraries being constructed that stand a chance, if it's possible of building anything like that in the first place..... focused libraries of big, constrained molecules? Given everything we could ever think about in wildest imaginations, including collaborations with an EMIS-like effort, is there any chance that DGI could plug into an effective HTS for stuff where small molecule hasn't worked? Didn't know about Novalon. Need pointers, thanks.
