AGTPE: ***ALERT-SEE NOTE BELOW***

FROM 6/30/99 10QSB, FILED 1/13/2000
The Company has abandoned its former sports technology business
plan in favor of pursuing a potential merger or business
combination with other entities as yet unidentified. In the opinion
of management, the Company has not improved significantly as compared
to the same period last year when it reported a net loss of $119,350.

I spoke with Corey Coppage, President of APTPE. They are fully
SEC reporting, but they received an "E" last week for being late.
They will be filing another 10Q in the next few days that should
get the "E" removed. They are 90 days from being ready to do a
reverse merger and have several people interested.

*********** NOTE *****************
Cory is experienced with shells and mergers. He is also involved
with Citadel Environmental Group, Inc. (CTEV, as Secretary, Treasurer
and Director) which was also a shell and did a merger. His father,
Louis F. Coppage, is Chairman of CTEV and also a director in AGTPE.
CTEV bought CO COMP Inc. and the stock went from .06 to .37 in about
two months (now at .22).

WHAT DOES CTEV DO?
In 1999, the combined operations of CTEV's recently acquired data
storage companies produced gross revenues estimated at over $21,000,000.
The business will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of CTEV
under the name of STORAGE AREA NETWORKS (SAN). The Company's primary
asset focusing in data storage solutions for a variety of expanding
market segments, including "Dot.com" companies, Internet Service
providers, and the U.S. federal government. (From CTEV press releases)
CTEV?s web site is: www.storage-area-networks.com.

Some info on AGTP which is a fully reporting, non-debt shell as detailed in SEC filings in Jan and Feb 2000. AGTP's owners went to the expense and toilings to present a clean shell without the 'E' designation. These documents can be found on Edgar online (RagingBull(RB) ATGP #141 gives the link.). The SEC filing in Feb. was the 10-KS8 and some reference will be made to that document below.

By reviewing the chart of AGTP you will note the steady increase of value and volume over the last few weeks.

1. From the RB posts it is disclosed that there is a small float 6-12 M.

2. From the 10-KS8 its stated about AGTP that "its goal is purchasing new business opportunities, ... Management continues to negotiate with third parties to acquire potential new business." A RB note posts of contacts that have disclosed that "business" to be internet/technology/tele opportunities.

3. It was disclosed that an MM named NITE came on board within the last week and they specialize in reverse mergers and acquisitions.

4. Prior debt holders and a pref stockholder exchanged their positions for RESTRICTED common shares just recently. This is disclosed in the 10-KS8. (Were they given some FUTURE insight that the general investor is unaware of ??)

5. Some AGTP investors had indicated that AGTP is acting allot like SANZ and INVT that went from pennies to double digit ($XX.00) very quickly. With today's growth and strong close investors are looking for a strong open tomorrow (wed.) and anticipate a rise to $1.50 by friday.
...

Just some insight for the SI board members.

More info can be obtained from the Raging Bull AGTP message boards.
