The reunification of Taiwan with the mainland was a fait accommpli egineered by Nixon and Kissinger 30 years ago. The Leadership of Taiwan accepts the eventual reunification. The only thing being negotiated is when and what circumstances. The rest of the noise is just noise. China is warning us to stay out of the way and let Chinese deal with Chinese. We should pay heed and not provoke economic and/or military posturing. Jim Fleming
