Yes, there was ongoing espionage. The two crucial problems are these: first, Clinton significantly eased restrictions on the export of sensitive technology; and second, evidence of a large espionage problem came to a head during his first administration, and he inhibited investigation and failed to take steps to tighten security. Additionally, there were illegal campaign contributions from Chinese sources, which has raised alarms.......
