AGTPE: .06x.07, bid ut, just filed 10Q Just like they promised, 10Q just filed. This should get rid of the "E". FROM 6/30/99 10QSB, FILED 1/13/2000 The Company has abandoned its former sports technology business plan in favor of pursuing a potential merger or business combination with other entities as yet unidentified. In the opinion of management, the Company has not improved significantly as compared to the same period last year when it reported a net loss of $119,350. I spoke with Corey Coppage, Pesident of APTPE. They are fully SEC reporting, but they received an "E" last week for being late. They will be filing another 10Q in the next few days that should get the "E" removed. They are 90 days from being ready to do a reverse merger and have several people interested. CTEV bought CO COMP Inc. and the stock went from .06 to .37 in about two months (now at .22). WHAT DOES CTEV DO? In 1999, the combined operations of CTEV's recently acquired data storage companies produced gross revenues estimated at over $21,000,000.
