To each his own, but to say this stock will trade at $186 ten years from now based on 10 year cash flow projections is pretty shakey in my book. I really doubt if that number will be even close given the dynamics of today's modern marketplace, therefore I would not use this analysis to make my sell or hold decision. No offense, but this kind of analysis is why so many value managers have been sitting on the sidelines for so long and losing all of their clients, not to mention their money.
