KY, I think GZ was referring to the NDX futures (I was discussing them and he joined in)

Here's a chart. Its still possible... but H&S patterns are not the be-all, end all in my book.

I really don't put much reliability in that pattern and it does look like the pattern may have been violated today as Michael aptly pointed out..... it was simply a snapshot observation...
