The bank has advised TSIG.com that before this financing can be completed, the company must restructure its existing capitalization by reducing the number of shares of common stock outstanding.The company plans a shareholder meeting on March 27, 2000, to consider such restructuring. Do you know of any other way ? then again..... there are a lot of folks in this thread who have vast experience and expertise in reading between-the-lines ;-) I think this will be good in the LONG run.... I give them credit for even finding a Banker that would touch them. As for the short term.......I've got GTC orders @.30 best to all you folks.... jem btw......the Queenie* in here doesnt know craps ass about trading and us flippers'.
