Can someone explain to me a little about Globalstar and their costs. I'm thinking about this company and realizing that they could make a killing with their system in place. But what I want to find out is are they using other systems to support their satellite system. When I call does it go to the satellite then beam to the other guys phone or do I have to use other people's towers. I guess my feeling is that if they use other towers etc. their cost structure is going to make it only possible to charge much higher rates. If they don't then they could be bigger than Sprint and other big players once they get a good base of customers. Sorry if this is old info but I haven't read much from this thread. I need basic info on how the system works. Thanks, Ron
