You got it. Theoretically the B shares should trade at a premium to the As since they pay a small dividend, but since the split Bs have traded at a 5-12% discount to the As. Management split the shares into A and B to be able to use the Bs for acquisition without giving up ownership of the company, but they have made no acquisitions with shares to date. I own only the Bs. In the event of sale of the company or anything, the Bs have to receive equal treatment as the As.
