I'm outta here. VECO sells at 5.7 X sales. CVCI about 3X sales. VECO is still digesting notes from Digital and Ion. Additional notes too. Still Veco does have good net, must give them that. CVCI will increase their sales by 42% ++, and give them technology they don't have. And they give us, what, less than half of one share? please. This was done for the big guys, not me. I attended the meeting in Boston this morning. Really morose. " Let's get through the formalities. Accept. Done deal. " We'll never know how well cvci would have done, which I think would have been great. Victor
