I'm sorry, but you just committed grade inflation. He is just very weak with the English language and expressing a complex, original thought. On a ten-point rhetoric (in the classical sense) scale, if Dan Quayle is a 0 and Alan Keyes is a 10, Bush is a 3 and McCain is a 7.
