I too heard that Solv-Ex asked for a directed verdict when the SEC completed their side because the SEC has no case. However, the judge hadn't read all the case material.
Therefore, Solv-Ex is presenting their side. Trial should
conclude today.

While I am still no fan of SOLVD, as a company or as an investment, I am glad to see you folks recouping some of your money. Those of you who had the guts (okay, I know you'll call it foresight <g>) to buy more below 1/2 are finally getting to see gains. I sincerely hope for your sake it stays that way.
