Ron, do you remember the Jack Rothstein history with regards to Wind River and Ascend. All of his "names" he enters late in the game, only he was very fortunate that the game for Cisco extended to PE=100 from PE=40. I suppose he should still like Tiffany's, he mentioned that when it was an old idea and at its peak. As for his ventures into stock picking land, remember Think New Ideas? They were bought out I suppose in a mercy deal. Paraphrasing: Ascend, advice to an old lady about her ascend stock she bought at $55: (ascend at $40) "hang on through the fluctuations " ... next week: (ascend at $30 soon to reach $20+ levels) "Ascend is flaming out. They are going to crash and burn" He preaches fortitude and independence but in the end just trades as the herd. -------------------- I am grateful, however, that he isn't selling Cigars and Barrons anymore -g-.
