The release has multiple implications for TSIG.com.

This should be the great step necessary to accomplish the last two major obstacles TSIG.com has to move forward.

The first is the availability of funds to push execution to the highest level. This pushes the signing of any deal that was wondering if TSIG.com had the ability to execute their deal. This also places the acquisition possibilities on the table. Any product advancement or addition can now be fast tracked. The addition of any deemed necessary personnel will be added as needed when needed. This acceleration will also push profitability closer.

The second is the structuring to enter the Nasdaq at the earliest moment. This is the position the company and shareholders should desire the most. The quick trading few cents the short termers want are not why the longs are here. We have signed on for the long haul and the ultimate reward awarded to the shareholder of a profitable .com trading on the Nasdaq. If a reverse is deemed necessary, then so be it. I have recommended the action to Gordon in the past. As it happens the funding institution requires a restructuring in order for the funding to take place. They must want the Nasdaq also and may be in the position to help fast track that also.

The funding institution must have required a complete look at TSIG.com before entering into any agreement. They would know all that has, is, and potentially will happen. They would know what is being worked on and what stages the projects are in. They would know where TSIG.com is planning on going and wants to accomplish. The funders must agree because they are willing to put up to $40 million at risk.

There are a multitude of projects on the books and coming to fruition. These will add value and revenue to TSIG.com. There are also many new projects that will be brought to the table. These will be pursued with even more confidence. They will also be able to be as fast tracked as permitted and with the capability of thorough follow through.

I see this as possibly the best and most important news ever released by TSIG.com. It comes at the crucial timing point. This should propel this small emerging company that is in the process of becoming a growth company into the capability of becoming what the longs have dreamed TSIG.com could become - one of the big boys.

Think of what investment reasons caused your purchase of this stock. Weigh the DD that has been offered. Look to what TSIG.com might become. Make your decisions with thought and deliberation. I happen to think we have something here. If anyone doesn't, then take the appropriate action your decision dictates.

Best to all and good luck,

Bob

"Real world investors look at balance sheets"

Very true! In fact the Balance sheet is the place to look at a company's true financial condition. Further to the point, cash and the sources and uses (cash flow statement) is really where the pros go. TSIG needs to become bigtime not just in Revenues but also on the BAlance Sheet!!
