Bob et al: I've been wondering what has kept darkside from coming over here to save the poor uninformed investor from our rantings. Well, now I have news, there is a press release today that there has been a class action filed against VISX insiders who allegedly filed false and/or misleading press releases and statements regarding royalties and profitabilty. It seems that these same insiders were also unloading $95 million in stock over the last year( makes Lev look like a piker doesn't it). I wonder what side of that one old darkside is on? What was it he used to tell us about wasting our time and finances on a stock like VLNC when we could invest in a "money machine" like VISX? Oh well, at least I'm sure that he isn't whining about it. duckster
