Wireless Knowledge's Workstyle Server extends collaborative computing applications including email, calendar and contacts to the wireless environment. The agreement names Paradigm4 as a third-party installer and integrator of the Workstyle Server. Paradigm4 will play this role exclusively for the first six months following the commercial introduction of the Workstyle Server. In addition, Paradigm4 will be the exclusive reseller of the Workstyle Server to the government sector in North America and a non-exclusive reseller in all other North American markets. As part of the agreement, Paradigm4 has agreed to pre-purchase Subscriber Access Licenses (SALS) over a 42-month period.
