A technical rebound or a dead cat bounce? $0.25 move, maybe followed by larger moves depending on the inbalance. Traditionally, oversold is quickly discipated. So, it will soon be back to slowly drifting lower.

Unless, there are favorable news soon. Stay tuned.

The price makes me think of possible delisting from NYSE.
