The only way the share count can be reduced in a significant way is a RS. IMO, this is perfect
timing. Right now, NAZ Internet Stocks are high flyers - everyone and their grandmothers are
buying tech companies, but most investors and all mutual funds, etc WILL NOT buy OTC
stocks. Take the same OTC stock, stick it on the NASDAQ, and it is a darling. Sure, TSIG
could get there in a year ($5), but maybe the Internet bubble will burst by then. Instead, pop
the price to $10-$20 share with the RS, list on the NAS, and then strap in - we'll ride the
Internet rocket. Some simple math:

Assuming the stock goes to $1 before the RS - very probable IMO:

You own 10,000 shares at 1.00 - investment of $10,000.

Reverse split 1->10. You now own 1000 shares @ 10. Still $10,000.

Stock takes a 20% hit (doubtful, I think, but what the hell). You now own 1000 @ $8 ($8000).

90 days later TSIG, which BTW, will have done 2 more coke deals, whatever the hell else they
will have done to get $40 million, and be turning a profits, is listed on the NASDAQ.

You now have 1000 @ let's say $30 ($30,000), plus a low float (30-40 million shares), and
rocket boosters.

BTW - if you are joining us for the shareholder meeting, you should book your tickets - I
purchased mine today and they are very expensive, as that is a spring break weekend.

P.S. looking forward to watching the shorts burn tomorrow. he he. I hate TSIG shorts and have
been looking forward to this for a long time.

I love the smell of a short cover in the morning!
