to ONT Ad Campaign -where's the beef!

the ad concept of showing an attractive womens reaction to seeing on2movies impressive streaming media on the screen of a broadband computer is very hip, with one basic problem. Where's the beef, or by beef, I mean SCREENSHOTS. Borrowing a marketing standard from the video gaming industry; if you don't have a decent screenshot of the game, nobodies gonna care or remember your ad. (borrowing another gaming ad trick, you could write as a joke 'and no, it's not a cut scene') Obviously, just showing a full screen of some movie trailer is a waste, but showing one of the interactive/hyperlinked menu spaces would still leave some impression beyond wanting to get that crew cut girls phone number. there should have been more contrast between the girls outfit, and her computer screen, because at first glance, you're not exactly sure what she's looking at. if she had some cleavage centered to overlap with the edge of the computer screen, your eye would have been draw down her cleavage, to the screen edge, and then you would instantly realize what she's looking at, while getting an eyeful of some nice tata's. maybe in the WSJ, where screenshots are worthless due to the black and white type, you can get away with leaving them out. But certainly in the full color magazine ONT will be advertising in, a screenshot or two is ESSENTIAL. put the girls reaction picture on the top half of the ad, and at least 2 screenshots on the bottom, including the exact web link at on2movies.com the picture came from. I believe this simple adjustment will make your ads more meaningful. Also, please please get in touch with the CyberScope column at Newsweek. They love tipping off their readers to cool things like on2movies, and should be prodded hard to do so. Newsweek has 10's of millions of main stream readers who love checking out whatever is on the CyberScope that week.
