don't know if i want to filter out all gaps. That would also filter some fliers. I just have to live with the ADRs i guess. No big deal...

Don't ADRs come without a value for book value, sales, etc.? If gaps are the only problem, you might just screen out based on preponderence of gap opens over the last 20-30 days. Many, if not most, NDX stocks experience gaps on a daily basis. You might filter for gaps of a certain percentage.
