Tom and All,

Hope all has been well here on the porch. I've been out of it the past few weeks. My cat got real sick...turned out to be cancer...he died this past weekend. Some may find it hard to believe if they arent serious animal lovers, but this just flattened me. I really have not been checking in with the market much at all...just taking brief glances at things. I see my JDSU, cmgi and a few others are doing well, but I notice QCOM being kind of flat. I know the China deal has been delayed......but is anything else going on I am not aware of. V, whats your take on things? QCOM still looking good.....I mean, I know it looks good fro the long haul, but whats your short term prognosis. It's rare to see the naz move as it is with my mighty Q standing pat. I assume it is taking a breather, consolidating...which is normal, but am still curious at to what you and others think.

Thanks in advance...Keith

Voltaire, my man this CC writing isn't working the way I planned it to, it seems I got so much money laying around now, that I can't let it just sit there and I end up buying more stock, IS THIS A PROBLEM OR WHAT!!!! We who listen to the "Tutor of Fortune"(Voltster) should be this lucky.

Thanks again for all you do for me and so many others

Coonaz

P.S. Can I bring you an apple?

nice call, CrackerMan on 70 low for ELON
I saw a technical overshoot of 78, the 3/8 retrace mark
a beautiful thing when linear meets nonlinear
and when both trace roots to the great state of Mzippi

ELON is now 88 or so, up 7 or so
this will lose steam IMO
next comes stabilizing at 75-83 range
build a new base for assault on 100
we just saw the easy points on the reflex bounce

looking forward to conference in Orlando with UW

Volty,

As usual, I have a question.

You wrote,

the Psychological bottom on ELON is $70

I was wondering how you determine psychological bottoms/tops. Is it because where the chart showed the other day's gap up start?
Link to chart:

Or does it have to do with some percentage of the total runnup?

Thanks in advance.

-Clapper

P.S. I took the opportunity today to jump on at $75.
Who would have thought I'd be happy getting it at $75 when a few days ago I was moaning it had jumped too high to $48...
