Yes, you did but some of us didn't listen. I sold(all) with less than 10 minutes before the close yesterday. I almost fell out of my chair this morning, when I got a quote on LU(bid >69)

Most recent edition of MIT's Technology Review has patent scorecard, rating overall strength (= number of 1999 patents x impact of patents) In telecommunications field LU is rated 1, followed by Motorola, Ericsson, and AT&T.

OT - any thoughts XRX? depressed but putting a new spin on digital imaging.
