Dear KYA27: I dont know PTSC has been around a long time, its not a new name. If it hasnt moved by now, dont see why it would.
To all:
I miss my "Classic". This new SI is SO SLOW that I can no longer read every post. I am reduced to hitting on the header and scanning the posts clicking only on the ones which appear interesting in the heading. Also getting a lot of "time outs" or whatever they are called. Anyone else with this problem. JDN

<<PTSC&SUNW?Found this on yahoo..Anyone think it's worth a shot...thanks>>

I've been an investor in SUNW since '95 and believe in its vision of anywhere, anytime, on any device. I bought into PTSC 3 years ago on its serendipitious acceleration of java and bought it down to as low as .36/share. It has now made me a fortune if I sell it having recently run up to as high as $7.5. I have not. I bought the story and the story is still unfolding.

I seem to come in very early. Did the same with ADSL but the cheap shares are no longer cheap and the future is brighter than ever.

I think PTSC is a great bet for risk takers with vision. They've ported SUNW's Personal Java to it as well as Wind Rivers VXworks. A new next generation processor just came out, and Genroco has been using it for several years in its boards. As the embedded market is heating up it is a great candidate for inexpensive devices where MAJC or other still to be seen Java chips would add too much cost. I believe it will become ubiquitious in time for many inexpensive devices as SUNW's vision matures.

Its recent runup to $7.5 was on analyst recommendations and the new processor but it my estimate it still remains a story stock till good contracts materialize. I believe that will happen soon from the Japanese, Germans or others. There are some who laugh, but there are those who laughed at SUNW in '95 too, and still do in 2000.

ANYWHERE, ANYTIME on ANY DEVICE, and PTSC will be there too,

JMO,
Michael
