Not putting words in your mouth Paul. Not even advocating someone in management get fired either (not that some others havent had this thought). The general point I was making refers to the issue that ideas coming from this board should at least be considered - including your thoughts Paul (which btw I agree with). My posting was a follow-on of Fred's posting and his thoughts of specific people in senior management that are stuck in an old paradigm that btw is preventing ideas like yours not be be seriously considered. My thoughts went on a tangent after the first paragraph. So I think what you are wishing for from Novell may have strong relations to what Fred is wishing for from Novell. I was just posting a general philosophical set of thoughts. Guess I should stick to more techy thoughts. Sorry if my posting mutated your message in some way. Toy
