Thanks for the timely info on APA! That's one sale that won't last in this environment. Just picked up some at 34 3/4. IMO whoever is selling is making a major mistake, but I am always happy to profit from the mistakes of others!

APA is also a premiere EnP stock and a fund favorite. Buy it here if you can folks!!

JimL - ETP - low volume due to ADR's ...

It has its days - institutions take her up on occassion.

Merrill has a real nice analyst report on ETP - it was their favorite E&P.

Basically is a strong balance sheet value play & they mention that Euro Oils are THE value's here.

CFPS $7.52 for 2000 and EPS estimates at $2.85 - at $15 per share ?!!?!? - it's as cheap as XTO
<At December 31, 1998, Enterprise's combined net proved reserves of crude oil and natural gas were 797.4 million boe, of which approximately 54.1% consisted of proved developed reserves and approximately 45.9% consisted of proved undeveloped reserves. Crude oil represented approximately 82.1% of the combined net proved reserves and natural gas represented approximately 17.9%.>

New year end #'s for 1999 should show increased resv's due to commodity pricing - 80% + weighting to crude is what I love ! - it is THE contrarian play on crude sustaining here- as VPI has allready made its move from the $9's - this has not. It will walk to $20+ post OPEC meeting imo.

Access the Merrill report - good read.

I'll buy it back, caught it and margined it in the $13
s - took a leveraged profit today when I saw the likes of APA down $2 and some selling today. I'll re-enter...

BR is a no-brainer of unbelieveable value as well for your liquid big cap - it will pop, good short interest catalyst as well...

So many value's - We are FINALLY seeing the E&P's get noticed - look at ALL the E&P upgrades here vs. OSX stocks - the valuation gap divergence will close - and that is a huge % return for those who see this opp.
