It is a personal Issue, No government State or Federal should have any control Over the Human Body. If they had not passed Roe vs Wade. We would not have aborted about THREE GENERATIONS OF WHITE UPPER MIDDLE CLASS AMERICANS...

Do you agree with the proposition that Roe is bad law and that abortion is NOT a federal but exclusively a state issue (like any other criminal matter)? DEFINITELY. I believe the Federal Government has NO business in this arena. I could accept it being a state issue. I believe the Federal Government should be VERY limited in it's powers. It's main function should be to protect this country from enemies, i.e., maintaining a strong military.
